Our Story

From the moment you step on our original oak floorboards, you’ll know you’ve left the modern world behind. Here, you can bring pleasure and joy back to gift giving and home decorating. Peruse the aisles, and visit each room downstairs and up for fine, locally handcrafted gifts, decorative accessories, country furniture and foods.  It’s all here in our lovingly restored 1840’s general store that was originally a trading post for the D&H Canal.

The John Neilson Gallery is located at 73 Sullivan Street, Wurtsboro, NY, 12790. Hours: Open Saturdays and Sundays from 12 to 4 p.m.
